Chewy Chocolate Chip Granola Bars
These granola bars are GOOD. And easy. And fast. AND…there are no marshmallows in them. We’ve added chia seeds for added healthiness. These will make a perfect healthy snack for the kids or yourself. They go well in packed lunches and as road trip munchies.
Get creative. You can add pretty much whatever you want to them: raisins or other dried fruit, m&m’s, crushed graham crackers and marshmallows…you name it. We’d love to hear about your variations. Let us know in the comments section below.
