The third class in our 50th Anniversary lecture series, this class will teach participants about grain survival. Bruce and Carla Crane will take participants on a unique adventure through grains and how to use them as meat supplements. You’ll learn how to rinse grain protein, taste samples of protein candy, sausage and pepper steak all made from grain. This is a vegan friendly class that will offer tips on how to substitute simple ingredients for a vegan lifestyle.
