Alan Crane will be teaching a hands on pasta class making egg noodle, whole wheat and white flour pastas. He’ll share his stories from Italy and best practices for perfect pasta recipes. He’ll show you a quick and easy marinara sauce to try on the pasta during class. Participants will be able to eat what they make and have some dough to take home as well.
