Learn to make homemade pasta from scratch in this informative, hands-on class. Experienced in Italian recipes, Alan Crane will walk you through a step-by-step process of making standard and whole-grain pasta. This hands-on experience will show you the tools and other helpful tips to make pasta.  Attendees of this class can expect to take pasta home with them for a delicious lunch.
