Charity will be teaching a special Valentine’s Cupcake Bouquet Class just in time to share with the love in your life!  Learn how to create flower bouquets using Russian piping tips as well as a petal-type.  Participants will have several colors of frosting and styles of flowers to choose from and will take home 12 cupcakes – 1o in the bouquet and 2 “practice” cupcakes.
