Experience the bread-making process from start to finish in our hands-on whole grain bread class. Our resident bread expert, Alan Crane, will walk you through a demonstration of making whole-grain bread. Be prepared to learn the ins and outs of bread-making from an expert: starting with mixing your dough with freshly-ground flour to putting your loaf in the oven. Learn the art of whole grain and dough enhancer to lighten the density of whole grain bread. Attendees of this class can expect to make two loaves of bread dough to bake when they get home.
