Experience the bread-making process from start to finish. Our resident bread expert — Alan Crane — will walk you through a hands-on demonstration of making whole-grain bread. Be prepared to learn the ins and outs of bread-making from an expert: starting with mixing your dough with freshly-ground flour to putting your loaf in the oven. Attendees of this class can expect to make two loaves of bread dough to bake when they get home.
