Join us with Jenny Weller to learn great tips and tricks on making a light and fluffy macaron. In the Macaron Class Jenny will walk you through piping amazing shells and fillings.
A macaron, or french macaroon, is a sweet confection that is light and airy. Not to be confused with a macaroon, which is a small cake typically with coconuts or almonds, and a chocolate coating. They are crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside.
