Experience different kinds of grains and ask experts your grain-related questions. Enjoy samples of Boston baked wheat, quinoa salad, grain pilaf, and more! The knowledge you gain from this class will prove vital to your food storage experience!

Learn the basics of using wheat protein as a meat substitute in Bruce and Carla’s Food Storage 103 class. Substitute hamburger, chicken, sausage, fish, and more with flavored wheat protein.
