Cracked Wheat is made from whole grain hard wheat and is a healthy source of bran fiber when used in oatmeal, bread, and rolls. Our cracked wheat is rich in protein, vitamins, and other nutrients and is a healthy source of soluble bran fiber.
Instructions: For hot cereal, add 1 part cracked what to 4 parts boiling water. Add salt for flavor. Cover and simmer for 25 – 30 minutes, stirring gently and serve.
Uses: Cracked Wheat can be used to make a hot cereal that is wholesome and has a rich flavor with additional nutrients. It is often used as a healthy replacement for multi-grain breads and rolls that call for cracked wheat.
