Kitchen Kneads’ Soft White Wheat comes from specially selected varieties of winter wheat and is grown primarily in the Pacific Northwest. It has a softer, milder taste than the hard kinds of wheat. Soft white wheat is low in protein, usually about 10%. Our wheat products are milled and processed exclusively at our Kitchen Kneads milling facilities to the Table-Grade quality standards established by the state of Utah.
