The 4th class in our 50th Anniversary line, we’re excited to present Pressure Canning with Bruce & Carla. They’ll take you on a lecture-based adventure through the basics of pressure canning, steam canning and water bath with some of their favorite recipes. You’ll learn about blanching, skin removal and different ways to process foods for long term storage. You’ll leave with best practices, tips, tricks and the knowledge and confidence to build your own canned food storage.
