  A huge 7.4 quart bowl makes this the ideal machine for making large batches of dough. It can mix 4 quarts of dough liquid and 11 lbs of dough without a problem.

  Assistent Original® has an attractive and sleek design, low noise levels, and sits firmly on your worktop. Assistent Original® 6230 includes a 7.4 quart stainless bowl, dough roller, dough knife, spatula, dough hook and proving lid.
