Return Policy
What is your return policy?
Items in new (unused) condition may be returned for refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. Refunds are subject to returning to your original form of payment or in a form of a Kitchen Kneads Gift Card.
Unfortunately, returns and exchanges without proof of purchase will not be accepted.
FOOD ITEMS:
All sales of food items are final and will not be refunded or exchanged.
CHOCOLATE:
Kitchen Kneads will not be responsible for perishable items sent by regular UPS Ground or USPS. Due to hot weather in some areas of the country, Kitchen Kneads strongly recommends expedited shipping of 2nd day or next day.
USED ITEMS:
Kitchen Kneads does not refund on used items except in cases of defective within 30 day window. After 30 days, it falls under manufacturer warranty and the customer will need to contact the manufacturer.
How can I return merchandise?
There are two ways you can return merchandise to us.
1. Take it to our store
Please bring your invoice or receipt.
2. Return it to us by mail
If you choose to mail your return, please email us at info@kitchenkneads.com or call us at 1-888-881-9957.
Then repack original unopened package for shipping, and enclose your needed materials and proof of purchase (copies only). If you do not have your invoice we will be unable to process your return.
Please note: The Shipping is NOT paid for. We recommend that you send your package by a traceable method.
How long does it take for a refund?
After your merchandise has been received in our warehouse, we will issue you a refund to your credit card account within 10 business days. A refund by check will take up to 14 business days.
The refund may not show up on your credit card billing statement for up to 2 billing cycles.
