Deep-Dish Peach Cobbler
There are times when you just have to break free from what’s considered healthier-for-you. This is one of those times. Sometimes you just have to have white flour.
Granted, you can definitely make this recipe with any whole grain flour. And we actually recommend doing that because that’s what we’re all about – whole foods. So, never mind our hypocritical recipe here and just go make it. 🙂
It’s peach season! Let’s celebrate it with a cobbler.
This is an old fashion cobbler that’s not too rich. It has just the right amount of sweetness to serve with a scoop of ice cream or drizzle with a little half and half.
On top of that, it’s very easy to make. It’s made in a blender! This results in a super smooth, satiny batter.
You’ve seriously got to try this cobbler. There’s really no excuse not to.
