Alan Crane—our resident bread expert—will teach you to make the perfect white bread for your family and friends. He will share tips and tricks for creating the perfect loaf every time. Ask your questions and get answers from a knowledgable bread expert! Experience mixing, kneading, and baking in this hands-on class. Each student will take home two loaves to bake at home.
