Sourdough Bread Class | September 24th | Get Started on Sourdough

This class will teach you all of the basic steps on how to mix ingredients, knead, and understand the fermentation development of Sourdough bread. You will also learn about the different types of yeast and the rising and proofing steps for sourdough bread from an experienced bread maker, Alan Crane.
