A poppy seed size grain that comes in a variety of colors, from a white to a red, and then dark brown. Teff has a very mild, nutty taste. Also has an excellent balance of amino acids, and high amounts of Iron, calcium and protein.
Ground into flower for a good gluten free substitute.
