Questions? Answered.

Is the demo really free?

Yes. Every demo is free and there is no obligation to buy. Booking just means a staff expert has your machine set up and waiting when you arrive.

How long does a demo take?

About 20 minutes. Run the machine with real dough or real wheat, ask every question you have, and compare it side by side with the others.

Can I just walk in?

Absolutely. Demos run any hour we are open — Mon–Fri 9:30–6 and Sat 9:30–5 — and several stations run at once. Booking simply guarantees an expert is ready for you.

Which machines can I try?

All eight are on the floor and plugged in: the Ankarsrum Assistent Original, Bosch Universal Plus and Revolution mixers, the Zojirushi bread maker, and the NutriMill Harvest, NutriMill Classic, WonderMill Electric and WonderMill Junior grain mills.

Which mixer is best for bread?

It depends on how much you bake and for how many. The Bosch Universal Plus handles big batches for large families, the Ankarsrum is the heirloom choice for serious bakers, and the Revolution brings real power for less. Take the 60-second Matchmaker or come compare them side by side.

Is it cheaper in the store?

We have special in-store pricing on the machines this holiday season. Come in to see it — the price shows up in the store.

Can I buy it as a gift?

Yes. We will help you match the machine to the person and send you home with it gift-ready, plus a first-recipe card. Class gift certificates make a great add-on.
