- 2 T flax meal*
- 2 T almond meal*
- 1 tsp baking powder*
- 1 T sweetener of your choice*
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp oil*
- 2 T raisins*, dried cranberries*, or dried blueberries* (optional)
- 2 T chopped nuts* (optional)
